Our products have been certified to comply with the requirement of CE, FCC, and ROHS.

Quality Control: Prior to shipment, all IQBoard products are subjected to an extensive quality assurance and testing
program, which consists of software code test, raw material test, manufacturing process test, finished product test,
aging test, and final test.

Returnstar warrants that its IQBoard products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the
conditions and limitations set forth below, Return will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its IQBoard
products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.

Product Replacement
In case major quality problem is found within 15 days from the date of original retail purchase, Returnstar may at
its option replace this product or provide you with an equivalent product.

Duration of Warranty
For IQBoard UI D001/002, IQBoard LT, IQBoard SL, IQBoard MI, and the PCB in IQBoard PS & ET, Returnstar
provides 3 years limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase. In the first year, Returnstar will repair
the damaged product for free. In the second and third years, Returnstar will charge the material cost.

For the board body of IQBoard PS, IQBoard ET and IQBoard UI D003, Returnstar provides 3 years limited warranty
from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty period can be extended to 5 year after user register the
product within 1 month after purchase. During the warranty period, Returnstar will replace the damaged
component for free.

Consumable parts such as housing, package, user manual, driver CD, tightening part, normal whiteboard pen,
battery, etc are not covered by warranty. User can purchase these parts from. Returnstar.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include the following cases:
(1) The warranty period of the whole product or part has expired.
(2) Physical damages including scratch on surface material, corruption, rust, serious stain, serious distortion,
break, etc.
(3) Damages caused by improper installation, operation, and maintenance which are not stipulated in users
manual.
(4) Other malfunctions or damages not resulting from product design, technology, manufacture, or quality
problem.
(5) Damages caused by force majeure such as natural disaster, storm, and accident, or by the problems
of power
supply line, improper transport, etc.
(6) Product repaired by unauthorized service provider or personnel, or disassembled by user themselves.
(7) User cannot provide warranty card as well as original invoice or proof of purchase.
(8) The product type or code does not accord with the substantial product.
(9) The original label or bar code has been removed, damaged or modified.
(10) In case the warranty card is not intact in content, or does not include the agent’s seal, the warranty
period starts from the manufacture date.

This warranty does not apply to OEM/ODM products.
